Positive pressure (the actual output pressure is related to the boost received by the pump discharge port and the characteristics of the pump), a vacuum is formed at the pumping port, thereby generating a pressure difference with the external atmospheric pressure, and under the action of the pressure difference, the water is pressed into the water inlet. , and then discharged from the water outlet. In this way, under the action of the kinetic energy transmitted by the motor, the water is continuously inhaled and discharged to form a relatively stable flow.
The power of the electronic water pump is relatively small, and the motor generally adopts a DC brushless motor. The electronic water pump has many advantages such as compact structure, convenient use, powerful function, long life, stable performance, low noise, low energy consumption, high efficiency and so on. The cooling water pump for new energy vehicles is a mechanical device that accelerates the flow of cooling fluid in the vehicle and circulates it for cooling. However, the existing cooling water pump for vehicles usually has a complex structure, uses many parts, and has high production costs. The passed coolant contains a lot of impurities, if these impurities are not removed, it will affect the normal operation of the water pump and shorten the service life of the water pump. At present, traditional impellers on the market are generally made of metal materials, which are easy to corrode and oxidize, easy to damage, and have a short service life.
With the continuous improvement of new energy vehicles' requirements for driving range and lightweight, more and more vehicle manufacturers are gradually developing from the use of air-cooled power batteries to liquid-cooled power batteries. Indirectly or directly contact with the heating components through the water channel, absorb heat and bring it to the external radiator; at the same time, the liquid working medium in the radiator is cooled by air cooling, and then the cooled liquid working medium is sent back to the inside of the heating component Re-absorb heat. In this way, the electric vehicle water pump appears in the cooling cycle of the power battery, and liquid cooling is the current mainstream cooling method.
